Ray E. Gallegos

For the past fifteen years Ray has produced award-winning communication design for some of the world's most recognizable brands. His broad vision, creative versatility and passion for the creative process has allowed him to work across multiple design disciplines for a diverse roster of clients.

Prior to founding UTILITY, Ray was a founding principal of Dallas-based design firm RANGE, where he was responsible for developing brands like Pei Wei, Pizza Hut Park, Tin Star Taco Bar, MOOYAH Burgers & Fries and the Dallas Cowboys.

Ray's work has been recognized for creative excellence, nationally and internationally, by major design publications including, Graphis, Communication Arts, Print, HOW Magazine, Rockport Publishers, Logolounge Books, Dallas Society of Visual Communicators and Art Director's Club of Houston.

Ray studied Communication Design at Texas State University in San Marcos where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Communication Design. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and the Dallas Society of Visual Communications (DSVC).
